EPA Approves Okla. Drinking Water Rule

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the state of Oklahoma’s revised rule for regulating total coliform in drinking water. With this approval, the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) has authority to regulate this contaminant in the state’s drinking water systems.

Inhofe Praises Passage of ECAA Amendment to Aid Foster Kids, Homeless Youth

U. S. Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.) today praised the passage of Senate amendment #2169 to the Every Child Achieves Act (ECAA), which would add a separate reporting requirement on graduation rates for homeless and foster youth to state and district report cards.
